Deliciously sweet and charming, Prince de Saint-Aubin is one of the darlings of Sauternes! Famously located within the Graves section of Bordeaux, this area is frequented by "noble rot", a natural phenomenon that concentrates the grapes’ sugar levels, giving way to this luscious nectar that we all enjoy today!

Dense and full-bodied with aromas of acacia flowers and honey and a warm, gentle finish. Simply divine with a hard cheese platter or a slice of foie gras terrine on toast!
